How can I pay for a purchase on the e-store?

The order can be paid in following ways: 1. By bank card upon order completion (Visa, American Express, Mastercard and others) 2. By manual bank transaction through you internet bank, according to invoice received upon purchase completion (Invoice with payment information can be found in Order Confirmation email) 3. Cash on delivery (Only in Baltics) When receiving the order, according to the delivery method chosen: 1) Office / warehouse - in cash or by card; 2) Parcel terminal - by card; 3) Courier - in cash or by card.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, it is possible to cancel your order before it has been passed to courier (approximately 1 working day). If there are circumstances regarding receival of order, please let us know, we'll come to a solution.

What are the options for delivery?

1. Delivery - We deliver the orders by Omniva and Venipak couriers or to Omniva parcel terminal. 2. Pick up - It is possible to get your order in our office (Straupes str. 3, Riga, Latvia), leaving an indication "Pick-up" when choosing the delivery method.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver from Riga,Latvia to the Baltic and European Union countries.

How can I track my order?

Tracking code is generated automatically when we register the parcel for delivery. If you have not received any update for some time (2 days), please let us know, by writing to providing your order information.

Does your e-store have client cards?

Unfortunately we don't issue currently client cards.

How can I subscribe to the news about special offers?

Subscribe to our email newsletters on our website, providing your email address. Firstly, you will get a 15% discount for your first order, secondly, you will get newsletters about special offers on our e-store.

What to do if I haven't received my order?

Please check if you have received tracking code, or that order status update notification has been sent. If there are no updates for 2 or more days, please let us know by writing us an email - providing your order information.

What to do if I can't make a purchase on the e-store?

What to do if the received product is damaged?

If the product or its packaging is damaged, let us know by sending an email to us - Don't forget to add pictures of your damaged product and/or packaging.

Can I return the purchased goods?

It is possible to return your order 14 days after purchasing. More information on Return Policy page. In any case, please let us know, we will come to a solution :)

How fast is the delivery?

After the payment is received, we proceed to delivery. The time depends on the delivery method: 1) Courier delivery to address: Courier will deliver the order to you in 1-2 working days. Approximately 30 minutes before the delivery, courier will call or message you to confirm the delivery to the provided address; 2) Delivery in the EU is provided by UPS with delivery time of 7 - 12 working days; 3) Omniva parcel terminal: The order will reach the parcel station in 1 - 2 working days. Please, take notice that sometimes the delivery can take longer due to high demand; 4) Local Pick-up in our office: You can come to receive the purchased goods every working day from 8:30 to 5 pm (Straupes iela 3, Riga, gate 3).
